The competition’s announcement asked participants to select and write an essay on one of the 3 topics provided:
1. Increasing Speed and Sophistication of Cyber Attacks
2. Privacy and Identity Management
3. Strategic Workforce Planning
…Yanni’s and Paul’s essays responded to the first topic – “Increasing Speed and Sophistication of Cyber Attacks”
“For me,” Paul Linkchorst reported, “I just initially saw the case competition in ISACA’s weekly newsletter and was reminded by professors/staff of the ITACS program. I simply wrote up an essay using knowledge from coursework, work experience and critical thinking on certain topics. After receiving the award, I was able to attend ISACAs Philly Chapter meeting where I received the award and was able to network with professionals.”
