Career Aspirations
I would like to be able to do many things in the future. Before that, I must graduate with 150 credits to earn my Certified Public Accountant Degree. I am seeking an opportunity at a public accounting firm practicing either audit or consulting services. I believe that public accounting will be a great start to my career because it will open up many doors in the future. As I attain the CPA degree, there will be more opportunities for me within public accounting firms.
As I develop in my career, I aspire to become a partner of my accounting firm. My experience and knowledge about financial operations will be a great asset to my company. I hope to earn a substantial amount of money by investing my money in companies with great returns, potentially making millions of dollars just from investments. I would also love to visit universities around the Philadelphia region to speak to students about my career. From my experience, I am always thankful for partners and senior managers coming to networking sessions to speak to students like me. I want to return the favor and be a great help for the students. I help Temple University by donating funds to show my appreciation for the amazing experience the school provided me.
I will also try to become an active member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of Ascend. Also, by networking with the members and officers of Ascend, I will try to become a treasurer of Ascend. This is a great way of being connected to other business professionals even after I retire. One thing that I would like to achieve after I retire is to have a building named after me at Temple University. After making millions of dollars from investments, I will donate a substantial amount to the Fox Business School for a new building named after me.
