Information Technology Assistant
I worked as an Information Technology Assistant for Professor Mary Muldoon\\\’s MIS 2101 \\\”Information Systems in Organization\\\” class during the Fall 2018 semester. In this position, my responsibilities included:
- Assisting a class of 130 students with in-class activities, assignments and exam preparation.
- Hold office hours and evaluate student assignment submissions.
- Conduct help desk sessions throughout the semester to assist students develop a comprehensive database on Salesforce.com.
