SSD TECH – Information Technology Intern
SSD TECH is a multinational software development company with offices in Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Singapore. From May 21, 2017 to August 15, 2017, I worked in SSD TECH as an Information Technology Intern in the Corporate Office and Development Center located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As an IT Intern:
- I analyzed 1000+ records of customer data from the company’s CRM system using Excel and reported patterns in which clients demanded software updates after their initial purchase, thus improving customer service.
- I assisted in the development of the company’s new ERP system.
- I provided basic training on the new ERP system to the H.R. and Accounts department staff of the company.
