Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending Friday, September 26th
So far, the largest challenge our team has had is finding a time where we can all meet as a group. With so many busy schedules to accommodate, not all of us have been able to meet at the same time once so far. However, we have managed to stay in contact with our BAs by communicating via email and GroupMe. To increase the level of accountability and transparency between the BAs and PMs, we have created a shared Google Drive folder where we can monitor the work our BAs have completed and offer any suggestions we may have to help them along. We have also developed a system where we meet with the head BA one day a week after he has met with his other BAs to update us on their progress. The BAs are still in the process of gathering requirements and information from the scheduled interviews with Somerville to get a better sense of the issues and solutions the company might benefit from. This week, they are busy with an exam and extra credit project in JustInMind, but we will continue to communicate with them and assist with any issues that might arise over the next week.
