Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending October 10th
This week our team attended the final interview with Somerville Lumber to gather more information before brainstorming ideas for the project. I think our BAs are on track for the project and they are beginning to develop possible solutions to solving Somerville’s e-commerce problem. There are still ambiguities regarding which aspects of the business our project should focus on: Somerville Lumber, Cornerstone Remodeling, or both. However, our BAs have scheduled regular meetings with their professor to stay on the right track with their ideas. Over the next week we will focus in on brainstorming and finalizing requirements and business rules.
