Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending 10/17
Our team is on the right track to complete our project successfully. We’ve developed scheduled meeting times twice a week that fit in with all BA and PM schedules. The BAs developed about 10 successful ideas from their brainstorming exercise in class this week. They now will need to choose which ideas are most feasible to implement. After this process, each BA will begin prototyping design solutions. There is currently a communication issue between the BAs and the Somerville Lumber management team in that Somerville is not actively responding to email communication with questions. To mediate this issue, we proposed the BAs do further research and utilize resources to find information in the meantime.
