Personal Journal Entry for Week Ending 10/31
This past week, our team has been in the prototyping stage of the project. After compiling all of the ideas from our brainstorming session and whittling the list down to the best and most viable ideas, our BAs felt ready to begin working in Justinmind. As PMs, we suggested they should assign each other to working on just one or two ideas that will create the final product. This way, each BA can put all of their focus into just one functional area of the prototype. As PMs, we all agreed this strategy worked well for our past projects. We communicated to the BAs that we will make ourselves available for any Justinmind help they may need throughout this process.
