9017_1123354449652_1557147_nI am originally from Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am currently in my Junior year at Temple University. I am pursuing my BBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems, and a minor in Information Science and Technology. My personal interests include playing sports, working on computers, and helping out my extended family by providing constant technical support. Since I was younger, I was always fascinated with computers and electronics and the ways in which they function. I carried this fascination with me throughout my life and currently provide technical support for students and staff at the Temple University’s Help Desk. Aside from work, I enjoy participating and spectating ice hockey. I have been playing hockey for over fifteen years and it is one of my favorite pastimes. Upon graduation, I would like to take graduate courses and pursue an MBA. As far as employment, I plan to pursue a career in something within the field of Management Information Systems. I enjoy working with computers and am always interested in learning how to operate new systems and utilize new technology. In the most recent year, I have become very familiar with SAP, which I believe will play an important role in a career that I choose in the future.

    Tyler is such an amazing person! He’s always the first person I go to if I need help with anything computer related and hasn’t failed me yet. I’ve had the pleasure of playing hockey with Tyler and his hard work and passion on the ice carry over into his work. Overall he is an outstanding person with a lovable personality who enjoys helping people.

    All i can say is, wow. Usually when I am having computer issues, I dread having to have people I do not know take care of my issue and not really explaining what happened. Not only is Tyler personable and just real easy to talk to, he makes it very clear what the issue was and makes sure I know how to possibly prevent it and what I should do in the future to ensure the best computer quality. I’ve never seen someone with such a big smile on his face while helping people. It’s like he lives to make the lives of others easier. I can’t say how lucky Temple U is to have such a dedicated employee. Give this man a raise!!!

    I had the pleasure of coaching Tyler at Lasalle. I knew he was a fellow geek when he used the recorder on his dads phone to record practice time from Wally. He always worked very hard on the ice. I know he will succeed at whatever he sets his mind to

    I have had the pleasure of working with Tyler for two years at Temple University Help Desk. Tyler has been a hard worker since day one and is always willing to go above and beyond for every client that walks through the door. Aside from providing excellent customer service, Tyler is also a great person to work with, he is always able to help where he can and provide you with assistance when you need it. I would definitely recommend Tyler for any position in the future as he has been a great co-worker for two years now.
