IT Computer Consultant at Temple University Computer Services

Currently I am working as a IT Computer Consultant at the Temple University Computer Services Help Desk. My employment consists of troubleshooting computers, desktops, smartphones and networks for 35,000 students and faculty. I assist in virus removal and protection as well as OS rebuilds, restores and resets. In addition, I configure the network settings throughout the campus and the dormitories. Ive learned many things in this position such as patience, problem analysis and troubleshooting. I am also certified to do hard drive clinics and assess the damage done to various components.
