Tech Assistance for Crisis Support

The goal of this activity was to provide technical assistance to a local business ” Empire Trading” in using technology to conduct business during the current crisis. This included helping them set up online communication tools, virtual meeting platforms, e-commerce websites and other digital solutions. The results of this activity improved technological capabilities for the business, enabling them to better adapt to the challenges posed by the crisis. This included increased online visibility, enhanced communication and collaboration, or improved ability to conduct business remotely.

This activity involved a local business who does not have the necessary technical skills or resources to fully utilize technology for engagement, work, or business during the crisis.

Through this activity, I gained valuable technical skills, such as proficiency in setting up online communication tools, virtual meeting platforms, e-commerce websites and other digital solutions. I also developed problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people with varying levels of technical literacy. I also learned about the challenges faced by individuals and businesses during a crisis and gained a sense of fulfillment by making a positive impact in our community.
