Information Technology Intern
As the IT intern, I will be digitizing all client documents, thus creating a total paperless environment. Once completed and approved, these documents will be stored on our server, organized chronologically and then alphabetically by client last name. This position requires an exceptional level of comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite, general knowledge of file structure/organization and a concrete understanding of the Windows OS. Additionally, client confidentiality is imperative. This role will provide understanding of several financial documents in addition to creating an information system to improve efficiency within the organization.
The documents I will be digitizing include but are not limited to the following:
- Applications
- Statements
- Confirmations
- Correspondences
- Client Profiles
