BPM-D Internship
My business consultancy internship at BPM-D (Business Process Mapping – Discipline) required a thorough understanding of business processes. During this internship, my team and I analyzed our clients’ business processes and needs from a high-level perspective, and through thorough research and analysis, we recommended solutions to improve the effectiveness and productivity of our clients’ processes. When analyzing businesses, we often documented our client’s processes through process mapping. Process mapping allows for a digestible understanding of their processes, and easily identify areas of improvement. Temple’s MIS course, Digital Design and Innovative Studio (MIS3506), contributed greatly towards my success during this internship; often applying concepts and methods learned thorough the course while working with our client, SoundMind.
