- Execute the tasks required of a Business Analyst including elicitation, communication, and execution of systems upgrades, conference and course creation, and direct customer/user support.
- Work hand-in-hand with the development team to ensure that end products follow the laid out requirements.

- Through the proctoring of the introduction level Information Systems in Organizations 2101 course (Spring and Fall 2018) and Digital Design and Innovation Studio (Spring 2019), I was able to prompted to assist the professor in the administrative actions of the course.
- I affected, assessed, and assisted students with the completion of assignments and review of exams through various forms of communication.
