Personal Journal Entry (October 17)

This week, our team of PM’s produced an Organizational Chart, RACI Chart, and a list of Stakeholders. We are all in the process of making changes proposed by our fellow classmates last class to improve the overall quality of these documents. Our team is planning to meet today after class to discuss revisions to the Scope document and the PM’s are also going to devise a planned budget for the project. After the meeting we are allocating time to brainstorm and discuss ideas for the project prototype and we are also going to leave time for questions pertaining to the upcoming 3501 exam. Overall, we have been having good communication, however, urgency is still being hindered. Despite this hiccup, the project is on track and of decent quality, keeping in mind that there is always room for improvement.
