Fireside Chat with Stacy Grenier
I attend the Fireside Chat with Stacy Grenier: Organizing for Digitizing the Next Generation Customer Journey through the IBIT. on February 10th, 2021. This was a very informative presentation giving many details on how to digitize the customer journey. A point that I found very interesting is how involved the consumers are within this digital transformation. I learned that the process of digitizing this journey is very complex and requires the company to put themselves in a variety of different perspectives in order to understand consumer patterns and meet their needs. This was very insightful for me, as it connected knowledge I have learned within my MIS and Marketing classes and it demonstrated the extent to which the consumer process is interconnected.
