Customer Service Consultant, September 2019 – Present 

As a Customer Service Consultant, I provide technical and clerical assistance to the Temple University community, including students, faculty members, and alumni. I operate telephone lines and conduct account remediation for clients and advise on basic level computer software issues.  I work with a team of 15+ consultants and communicate messages across various channels in order to best assist the client. Through this position, I have learned many technical skills such as resolving common computer issues, as well as learned how to utilize the BMC Remedy software.
