Welcome to my E-Portfolio! My name is Brandon Warech and I am a Junior pursuing my B.B.A. in Management Information Systems in the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
In a rapidly changing technology environment, I plan to stand at the forefront of this movement. I welcome the opportunity to expand my knowledge and utilize my strengths within a progressively growing organization.
My innovative ideas can directly contribute to increasing productivity and revenue. I am passionate about utilizing organizational resources, and can use the current organizational culture to inspire a vision with other team members to seek new ways to improve processes.
Most successful companies embrace change to remain relevant, productive, and profitable. I am motivated by change! I am currently a certified Six Sigma Certified White Belt, and hope to continue this track to Six Sigma Black Belt.
After a Professional Development Workshop, I found:
My top 5 strengths are
Analytical, Focus, Competition, Strategic, Achiever.
My Myers Briggs personality type is ENTJ (Extraverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging)
As a brother in the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, two words that I feel are very important are Diligence and Committment. With these two things, success is almost guaranteed. I feel that I am a strong leader, and feel that my Vision, Strategy, and Execution are key components in leading an organization.
In addition, one of my favorite quotes from Randy Pausch’s book, The Last Lecture, is as follows.
“It’s not about how to achieve your dreams. It’s about how to lead your life. If you lead your life the right way, the karma will take care of itself. The dreams will come to you.”
