-See projects from concept through funding to deployment — drove multiple initiatives for the mobile app including requirements gathering, function prioritization, collaborate with UX team, day-to-day communications with the development teams & internal stakeholders, track internal & external issues & risks, competitor product analysis, and report project timeline and WBS to upper management. I originally accepted my position as an Internship with Protocall. Protocall is a locally owned Temporary, Direct Hire and Contract Staffing employer, with specialities in Healthcare, Business and Information Technology. Through my internship I have learned how to source and recruit candidates using unique methods, review detailed job descriptions, and screen candidates to identify their skills and qualifications related to IT related positions. • -Handle the task of maintaining candidates and newly hired employee records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• -Evaluate the technical abilities of candidates for particular positions.

Outstanding Achievement: I raised over $70,000 in revenue–even surpassing 33% of the Full Time Recruiters!
