Comcast Business
I started interning as a Marketing Operations intern at Comcast Business in April of 2014, and I will be interning there this summer and my senior year until I graduate. Comcast Business handles the sales, marketing, and delivery of Internet, phone, and cable television services to businesses. My primary duty is to assist in the development and implementation of marketing promotions that are sent to the sales team each month. I help create the business rules for the newly added promotions so that the sales team knows exactly what the customer needs to qualify for the promotion. I also assist with updating and maintaining promotion codes in the sales and billing systems. Finally, I update a database of all current and past promotions in order to analyze what promotions should be offered in the future.
