Events: IT award
I’ve attended the IT award both my sophomore and junior year, and I really enjoyed being there. The IT award honors individuals who have contributed to the MIS society and AIS, which serves as an incentive for students to achieve more outside of their classes. Although the IT award is a processional event, the general atmosphere is exciting yet calm; we were able to freely chat with everyone who were there. I think this event might be interesting to MIS professionals because this is a MIS major only event. I got to know many intelligent and successful individuals, both students and graduates, and it definitely makes me want to do my best and be successful as well.
