I am learning how to design and build cloud-based infrastructures for deploying applications securely at scale through my coursework. I am also going to create and deploy a simple RESTful API for consumption with fault-tolerance.
User Experience Design
In this course, I am learning how to describe, scope, and build a complete user experience. I am learning about the roles of usability, design principles, requirements, and goals. I will be building innovative and pleasurable user interfaces and evaluating user experiences.
Data Science
In this course, I learned about the various sources of data and how data is used to make decisions within organizations. I learned how data is stored, organized, analyzed, and how to present those findings with computer-based data tools, like Tableau.
Data-Centric Application Development
I gained an understanding of the underlying protocols of the Internet and how web applications work in this hands-on programming course. This class is structured so that individual technologies are introduced, and then combined to create increasingly more sophisticated results.
Data Analytics
This course provided me with a foundation for designing database systems and analyzing business data. The course also gave me hands-on experience with tools like MySQL, MongoDB, and R.
