IBIT Fireside Chat: Digital Employee Engagement Through and Post COVID-19
I recently attended a fireside chat hosted by IBIT with guest speaker Linda Descano, executive vice president of Red Havas. This presentation was entitled, “Digital Employee Engagement Through and Post COVID-19.” It was hosted as a virtual webinar. I learned about how to remain engaged with a company from an employee perspective, but also how employers need to make the effort as well to meet people halfway. It’s such a relevant topic nowadays, as I’m on Zoom calls all day from about 9am to 3pm, and I can’t imagine how it’ll feel to do the same once I start my winter internship. It’s comforting to know that employers are trying to reach their hand out and make sure that employees are still engaged in the time of COVID-19.
