I learned more about scrum, which is a framework that helps project managers to manage difficult work processes. In these videos I learned more about the Agile methodology, the basics of how to solve/prevent problems using Scrum, I learned about creating the work stories, roadmaps, backlogs, DOD, among others. - How the activity relates to coursework or your career goals:
I am taking the MIS 3535 class (Lead Global Digital Process), which I find very interesting and useful for my career. One of the job options I have in mind when I graduate is to be an IT project manager, therefore getting extra knowledge about managing process through Agile-Scrum can help me to achieve this goal.
