Work Experience
My father is an owner of a small landscaping business here in the city of Philadelphia. The World of Plants. I currently work for him in the summer and on the weekends whenever I’m not too busy with schoolwork. I’ve been an employee at my Fathers Company for over 6 years now and the experience I’ve gained throughout my time working is undeniably critical for me. Since my father only speaks Russian, he was able to only do business with customers who speak Russian. However, the company’s clientele expanded when I began working for The World of Plants because now, I was able to communicate with the American customers. Because of my ability to speak two languages fluently, I was able to broaden the company’s horizons. Working with people and personally witnessing what customer satisfaction is all about, truly is a great experience
