Valuation Consulting / AI Automation Development Intern
I completed a Valuation Consulting / AI Automation Development Internship with RSM International in Philadelphia, where I supported the Business Valuations practice on a variety of internal and external client engagements, as well as with internal technology innovation initiatives. In this role, I assisted in building valuation models and drafting supporting memoranda for equity fair value (ASC 820) and purchase price allocation (ASC 805) analyses, applying income and market-based methodologies such as discounted cash flow, guideline company and transaction analysis, and relief-from-royalty. In addition to traditional valuation work, I contributed to the development and launch of a high-priority agentic AI automation initiative designed to streamline ASC 820 valuation models and documentation. I served as both a subject matter expert and full-stack developer on an Agile SCRUM team, leveraging tools including FastAPI, React, Git, Azure, and SQL Server. Through this experience, I strengthened my ability to bridge financial analysis with technology, applying my MIS background to improve process efficiency, data integrity, and scalability within a professional services environment.
