Program Management Professional: How to manage the Portfolio Delivery (NETCOM)

This webinar was very informative on how to manage a portfolio. Before the webinar, I was unaware of KANBAN practices. Kanban is a popular framework used to implement agile and DevOps software development. Specific KANBAN practices presented in the webinar were to visualize the flow, limit the work in progress, manage the flow, make policies explicit, establish feedback loops, and improve collaboratively/evolve experimentally. This webinar will be beneficial during my career as it has given me better insight into what companies expect and how to capitalize on the distinctive value produced by the company.
