IBIT Fireside Chat: Is digital transformation in the end all about the customer experience?
On Friday, November 6th I attended the webinar hosted by IBIT-Digital Leader Fireside Chat in which Christopher Kearns, Senior VP at NBCUniversal, spoke about the topic \”Is digital transformation in the end all about the customer experience?\” This webinar was extremely interesting and informative. Kearns spoke about his current role at NBCUniversal and the importance of technology in this role. He also spoke about his previous jobs, including working with data at Vanguard and serving the US Department of Defense at Lockheed Martin. His work at Lockheed Martin was my favorite topic, as this is something I am very interested in.
