Website Analyst Intern
- I eliminated functional errors on Wix website for a professional organization for Americans in Rome. I enhanced user experience design of website by creating an interactive interface, and I analyzed website data analytics using Google Analytics
- I implemented visuals and edited content to ensure conciseness to improve website bounce rate. I also improved search engine optimization by including descriptive metadata and mobile accessibility through Wix program.
- From this internship, I learned a lot about using the platform Wix because this is primarily what I used to improve the website. I also learned a lot about data analytics for websites and things such as how to improve bounce rate which will help me a lot in my future coursework if we have to create an app/website. I also learned a lot about search engine optimization and how to use meta data to ensure that the website will come up in a google search. This will also help me in my MIS coursework with programming and making webites.
