Because of our success as a student chapter of IMA, IMA has rewarded our chapter with multiple scholarships to pay for both the CMA exam and study material. I was chosen by our faculty adviser as one of the recipients of this scholarship. This is a great honor and I am looking forward to completing both my CMA and CPA within the next two and half years.
IMA Student Leadership Conference
Just got back from the IMA’s 14th annual Student Leadership Conference in Charlotte, NC. I had a great time bonding with the members from my Temple chapter and getting to meet members from schools all over the country. All of the symposiums where very interesting and I learned a lot about different areas of accounting. Also it was my first time in Charlotte, NC and it was a very beautiful city.
