India Gerald Managing and Working with a Technical Team for Nontechnical Professionals
On March 6, I performed a LinkedIn Learning regarding management. The teacher discussed the various challenges that can occur if you are working as a non-technical overseeing a technical team. Some of the challenges included not adjusting quickly, misunderstanding terminology, trying to do everyone’s job, etc. He also came up with helpful solutions to these problems. Solutions such as giving yourself time to adjust, cross-training employees, taking in employee input, etc. This video helped me a lot in terms of visualizing what I want to pursue which is Project Management.
