LinkedIn Learning Spring ’24 4/4
I watched the LinkedIn Learning video titled “Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization”. I specifically watched this LinkedIn Learning because my career aspirations is to have a leadership position in my organization. Whether that be project manager, or director of operations I want to help change my company for the better in a leadership-like position. Firstly, I learned the importance of “design thinking”. “Design Thinking” is a process that teams can use to understand users, challenges, redefinition of problems, and to create innovative solutions. Additionally, I learned the importance of leading design thinking. By leading design thinking the team can set goals to engage different skill sets, but also learn the important qualities/traits of each member on the team.
