LinkedIn Learning Spring ’24 3/4
I watched the “Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging” LinkedIn Learning. All of the foundations brought up and explained can be applied to everyday life, but it is also applicable in the workplace. Reason being that no matter where you work, there will be a diverse group of people and backgrounds. Some key takeaways were to always educate yourself to build a better understanding of multiple diverse backgrounds. Another aspect I found helpful was understanding the importance of inclusive communication. Lastly, I learned that creating and helping to maintain an inclusive environment is essential for organizational success.
