Project
This picture is a perfect encapsulation of Target and the incredible culture surrounding the company. This picture was taken during our backroom unit project where we were using our metric focused application “MyDay” to help decrease back room units. This effort to decrease backroom units was to help fill the sales floor and to help promote sales. Target does an incredible job with finding the joy in everyday life and capitalizing off the positivity of their employees. Target taught me so much but one of my largest take aways is that with hard work and a great attitude, anything is possible. This data driven project helped to show me where and how changes can be made to promote efficiency throughout the organization.
