The Innovators Reshaping the Communication Industry in 2023
This was a webinar hosted by Gartner.com. The speakers were Juha Korhonen, Jouni Forsman, Susan Welsh de Grimaldo, and Pulkit Pandey. In this webinar they went over innovation trends, technologies, new product and how they are evolving globally. They talked about “innovative business and operating models that allow Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to develop new strategic value creation or profit models”. As well as “service and products to improve customer experience and support the digital strategy of CSPs”. I believe this will help me in my future professional life as it will be useful for me as a business student to understand communication services as they are pretty fundamental to modern businesses and daily life. By studying innovative models in CSPs I will be able to gain a better insight into a crucial industry that is a major part in the digital economy.
