External Professional Points Event: Social Media Marketing
Brian Hart, a Temple alumnus, came to the Blackstone LaunchPad room located in the Howard Gittis Student Center to speak about social media marketing. Attending this event taught me how to build my individual brand and use it to be successful in my field. Properly written and timed posts may attract the attention of a future employer, and therefore has the possibility of getting a person their dream job. Displaying one’s self professionally while also showcasing their true personality in posts is a key concept I learned from Brian.
