Career Objectives
I am looking IT internships to increase my MIS skills and knowledge and increase my opportunities to get a job. There is no one industry that I like more or less because I find all industries fascinating in their own ways; however, I am intrigued with companies such as Walmart, SAP, Google, Apple, and Amazon, who are all leaders in their own fields. I also have an interest in learning more about how to use social media to help market a firm’s brand and communicate important company information to investors, which is why I am very excited to take A Social Media Innovations course in the near future. I am unsure exactly what type of job I want to do in the IT field, which is why it is important for me to keep an open mind and complete a variety of different tasks throughout my future internship and IT service projects, sponsored by Association of Information Systems (AIS), so I am certain what type of job I want. My ultimate career objective is to locate a challenging IT career and demonstrate value to my future employer.
