Social Media/Digital Manager

Giggles Gifts is a small mom and pop shop in Mayfair, Philadelphia. They opened their first store in the early 1980’s, and the digital age has caused their business to face problems, especially with the current pandemic. The owners are in their early 70s, and they are not well-versed in technology. Their goal was to grow their digital presence, not just with a website, but with social media pages. This semester, I focused on building their presence on Facebook and Google. With my help, Giggles Gifts was able to generate a 2000% increase in their Facebook page visits and 400% increase in their Google page traffic.
