Giggles Gifts is a small brick-and-mortar staple in Mayfair, Philadelphia. After a successful stint in 2020, I was requested to refine their website again and introduce their operation to a 100% fully digital stocking/checkout process. I transferred their website from WordPress to Shopify for easier management for the owners, remodeled the website for St. Patrick’s Day and then Easter, and taught them to redesign the website through various calls and in-person meetings. I also introduced them to a new and efficient process to generate barcodes immediately upon product reception and before stocking. This allowed for easier inventory management and left them free of complications.
