October 17 Personal Journal Entry
Our group is continuing to make progress. This past week, I and most of the other PM’s met with the BA’s. We went over several items including reviewing their scope that was edited by Mr. Moustafellos, Justinmind help, and beginning to prototype. Judging from this meeting, it seems that the BA’s are ahead of our projected schedule. We plan to see rough prototypes from each of a BA’s by our next meeting with them on Wednesday. The PM’s also met separately to critique all of our PM deliverables. We also discussed the need to start working heavily with Microsoft Project. We determined that we would all develop our own Microsoft Project documents and then go over them at our next PM meeting on Monday. Overall, I feel that we, the PM’s, are doing well to keep ourselves and the BA’s on track.
