October 24 Personal Journal Entry
Due to scheduling conflicts, our BA’s were unable to meet this past week. Even though we did not get to meet with them in person, they did assure us that they will start prototyping and have a rough prototype done by Monday. As PM’s, we hope that they have prototypes done by Monday so that we can meet Wednesday to go over the prototypes with them. Although the PM’s and BA’s didn’t meet this week, all the PM’s met this past Monday. During the meeting we went over the project budget and deliverables made in Microsoft Project. I think we are progressing well and once we meet with the BA’s next week to go over their prototypes, we will have a better idea of whether or not their solution is on the right track.
