Roy Urban Kollection – Summer 2020
In this project I worked with social media marketing to improve e-commerce for our client, Roy Urban Kollection. My tasks for this project were to redesign the site to improve navigation, Improve overall SEO of the site, and synchronizing the clients POS system to their site. This was my first experience working with an outside client involving multiple meetings updating the progress of our work and making sure the expectations of the client were being met. Idemia IT Internship – Fall 2019 / Winter 2020
At Idemia, I worked as an intern for their Information Technology Department. Day to day operations included installing new workstations for employees, assisting employees with software/hardware issues, and network maintenance for the company. These tasks required an ability to adapt to new issues and problem solve daily. Many times an issue was brought to my attention that I was unfamiliar with and it was my responsibility to find a solution.
I also worked independently on a project that involved redesigning an old conference room to improve the quality of work when utilized. This project involved budgeting for new equipment, designing a layout that increased work efficiency, and mapping of network cables to be installed throughout the room. overall the project took about a week and was very successful, as my manager was satisfied with the results.
