  3. What you learned
    1. I learned that digitalization is more so improving the culture of the business, rather than changing the whole system. This means that many different roles and positions are becoming more tech savvy, and what they look for in recruitment and hire, and how they train their employees is around the idea of technology. Also, by building that digitalization within a company or organization, it is not to say that by becoming more technology focused, and that the connection between people will be severed. They want to keep those connections in tact between people and it can be achieved through strategies. It is through meaningful strategies that digitalization and digital innovation and be made efficient and purposeful.
  4. How the activity relates to coursework or your career goals
    1. It relates to my coursework and career goals as I am in a major that involves technology and business. They introduced the idea of digital innovation and technology usage being more prevalent due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Because I know that the long-lasting effects that COVID-19 is prevalent in the workplace, I know that this information is important as I learned about how digital innovation is involved in the workplace when I go out into the work field.
