During the discussion, I learned how AI enhances marketing efficiency by improving targeting, optimizing content creation, and enhancing the patient journey while also reducing costs. The panelists emphasized the importance of maintaining data privacy, addressing algorithmic bias, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This experience deepened my understanding of how organizations can ethically implement AI-driven strategies to balance innovation with responsibility in a highly regulated industry.
