  • Provided access to patients’ medical records for health plans, doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and other covered entities in compliance with the patient privacy protections, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

The paramount responsibility was to uphold the highest security and confidentiality of each patient’s health information.
