For my non-IT related volunteering, I raised funds to purchase supplies for an arts and crafts night with Northern Children’s Services, an organization in Philadelphia. During the event, we organized four arts and crafts stations, allowing children to choose the activities they were most interested in and engage creatively at their own pace. Additionally, due to the success of our fundraiser, we were able to purchase extra supplies and donate them to the organization. These materials will be used for their summer program, where I plan to continue volunteering and supporting their initiatives.
