Experience
I currently work as a pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy. My role in the pharmacy is to provide customer service at the pickup and drop off counters while helping the the pharmacist in filling prescriptions. Over time, I have developed meaningful relationships with my patients which as allowed me to take care of their needs in a better way.
Previously I worked at Best Western Inc. in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where I welcomed hundreds of guests and aided them in checking in for their reservation. I also worked with my colleagues to calculate checkout receipts and answer phone calls through out the day. Working at Best Western gave me to the opportunity to work on my soft skills such as communication while developing hard skills that are technical since most of our work was done on computers.
