IBIT Mentoring Program
This semester, I participated in the IBIT Mentoring Program and was paired with Chris Kearns, VP of IT Technical Operations at Kyndryl. In our meetings, Chris shared insights from his career journey, emphasizing the importance of leadership in the IT field. His guidance empowered me to take on leadership roles, including pursuing the presidency of the Fox African American Business Association. I’m grateful for Chris’s mentorship, which has broadened my understanding of the industry and equipped me with valuable skills for future success.
