3535 Journal: 2/14-2/20
The project has been going along smoothly, however, this week was particularly uneventful. BAs and PMs were all busy with exams, so we were unable to hold our weekly roundtable. We have been keeping up with them, doing proofreads on all of their scope drafts, and it seems to be in good shape. They’re eager to start to solution design phase and actually get their hands dirty. I’ve shared our JIM prototype and other documentation to look through
As far as workload goes, we emphasized that the period up until the first exam is the calm before the storm. With so many BAs to manage (as opposed to last semester), we’ll have to clearly define roles as the workload increases and spreads out. We aim to avoid all differences between what the documentation says and what the end solution looks like.
