Temple Career

Since finishing up my general Fox Business requirements in late-2013 with a 3.2 cumulative GPA, I’ve expanded into a dual major in Strategic Management and Information Systems Management. To get a jump start on the MIS curriculum, I’ve taken the initiative to begin learning JavaScript, PHP, and SQL using courses available on Lynda to get the most out of the degree. Following are courses which I feel best display my depth of knowledge gained during my undergrad career, not including General Education courses.

While at Temple, I’ve kept myself extremely busy maintaining various projects with other students, alumnus, and social entrepreneurs. Though I lack the freedom in my schedule to join and consistently contribute to SPOs as a full member, I have worked and done specialty consulting on virtual currencies for members of O.W.L Consulting and the Temple Econ. Society. These opportunities have connected me with a broader and more diverse network, while also providing me with valuable information and knowledge for my own pursuits.

Selection of Relevant Courses:

  •  Creativity, Innovation, & Entrepreneurial Thinking
  •  Risk Management and Insurance
  •  Managing New and Small Enterprises
  •  Marketing Management
  •  Financial Accounting
  •  Cost Accounting
  • Operations Management
  • Financial Management
  • Business Statistics
  • Human Resource Management
  • Business Society and Ethics
  • Legal Environment of Business
  • Microeconomic Principles
  • Macroeconomic Principles

Toward my minor in music composition:
